I am a chef and writer based in the UK.

I have worked in the restaurant industry for over four years and currently chef at a UK Top 100 restaurant in East London. I have previously hosted supper club events in Shoreditch.

For the past two years, I have been writing and publishing pieces about the hospitality and food industry and my experience as a chef and food enthusiast working and living in London. Recently, my writing has been featured in the Financial Times.
